Enfinity General Terms of Service
Effective Date: April 29, 2026 · Last Updated: April 29, 2026
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using enfinity.com (the "Site") or any services offered by Enfinity ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, clicking "Sign in with Google," or otherwise accessing or using any part of enfinity.com, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Union) to use Enfinity. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that your use does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
3. Account registration & security
You may register for an account directly or through Google OAuth 2.0 (see Section 4). You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Maintain the security of your credentials and not share your account with others.
Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account at requests@enfinity.com.
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we determine, in our sole discretion, violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
4. Google OAuth 2.0 & third-party authentication
Our use of Google sign-in is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Enfinity allows you to sign in and connect services using Google OAuth 2.0. When you choose to authenticate via Google, you authorize us to request certain permissions ("scopes") from your Google account. We request only the minimum scopes necessary for the features you use.
Scope usage. Scopes we may request include, but are not limited to:
openid, email, profile — for account authentication and personalization.
analytics.readonly — to display your Google Analytics data within Enfinity dashboards, if you connect a Google Analytics property.
YouTube-related scopes — see Section 5.
Revocation. You may revoke Enfinity's access to your Google account at any time by visiting Google Account Permissions. Revoking access will disable Google-dependent features in Enfinity but will not automatically delete your Enfinity account or data. To delete your account data, contact us at requests@enfinity.com.
Limited Use compliance. Data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide and improve the services you have requested. We do not use such data to serve advertisements, transfer it to third parties for purposes unrelated to your use of Enfinity, or allow human access to your Google data except where required for security, legal compliance, or with your explicit permission.
5. YouTube API services terms
Enfinity uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube account or using YouTube-powered features, you agree to be bound by YouTube's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms. Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy also applies to data processed through the YouTube API.
Where you choose to connect a YouTube channel to Enfinity, we may request the following API scopes:
youtube.readonly — to read your channel information, video metadata, and public statistics.
yt-analytics.readonly — to retrieve YouTube Analytics performance data for your channel.
yt-analytics-monetary.readonly — to retrieve revenue and monetization metrics, if you enable this feature.
Permitted use of YouTube API data. We use YouTube API data solely to display analytics and insights within your Enfinity account. We do not:
Sell, redistribute, or sublicense YouTube API data to third parties.
Store YouTube API data longer than necessary to fulfill the requested feature (cached data is purged within 24 hours unless you explicitly save it).
Use YouTube API data for any purpose other than providing the specific Enfinity features you have activated.
YouTube API revocation. You may disconnect your YouTube account at any time in your Enfinity account settings or by revoking access via Google security settings. Upon disconnection, we will cease fetching new YouTube API data and will purge cached data within 30 days.
6. Google Analytics & data collection
Enfinity uses Google Analytics (including Google Analytics 4) to collect aggregated, anonymized usage data about how visitors interact with our Site. This data helps us improve our services. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and processing of data by Google Analytics as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out at any time using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or our cookie preferences tool.
7. Permitted use & prohibited conduct
You agree to use Enfinity only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, or systems connected to Enfinity.

Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features of the Site.
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
Use the Site or Google API data in any manner that violates Google's API Services User Data Policy or YouTube's Terms of Service.
Attempt to re-identify or de-anonymize any aggregated or anonymized data.
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your account and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the services.
You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party and complies with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
10. Third-party services & links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services, including Google APIs, YouTube, and Google Analytics. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Site, including data retrieved via Google APIs or YouTube API Services. Any reliance on such information is at your own risk.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enfinity and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Enfinity in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Enfinity and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Site or services; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site and services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.
